You can all send your PMs to me regarding any free agent offers. Here are a few guidelines:

1) Please state clearly how much money you are offering per year for said player.
2) All players signed via Free Agency cannot be traded
3) You can only sign players who have not been drafted/have a real life NHL contract.
4) Keep your offers to 1 PM.
5) If you do not have your cap info posted, (there are some insane offers for some of the remaining young players)
6) Keep in mind you have a maximum roster size (for both Rebuilders and Contenders).
