DOI96's 2-year GM Game v.1.1 *CANCELLED*

This is my first attempt at a GM Game, so please bear with me. I am definitely looking for one (maybe two) co-commissioners if anyone is interested. Also would like a Free Agency/Contracts helper as well if possible.


Basics
- The league standings and playoffs will be voted on via PM.

- The league will immediately begin with a dispersal draft of TEN (10) NHL teams. The teams will be listed below.

- The first season will feature a hard cap of $80-Million.

- The final season (that's right, two seasons overall) will see the cap rise to $90M.

Rosters
- 23-man rosters, with 5-man prospect list and 5-man AHL squad.
- 23-man rosters must be cap-compliable.
- Waivers are in effect.
- No NTCs.
- Each team must have 13F, 7D, and 2G on roster at anytime.

Season 1 Dispersal Draft
- Three rounds of 20 picks.
- All undrafted players become UFAs during 1/2 offseason.
- Each team must select at least 1F and 1D.

Regular Season Voting
- 1st-place votes count as 10 points
- 2nd-place count as 8.
- 3rd-place count as 6.
- 4th-place count as 4.
- 5th-place count as 3.
- 6th-place count as 2.
- 7th-place count as 1.
- 8th-place count as 0.5.

Free Agency
- All offers for UFAs must come through any of the Executive board
- No offers beyond the end of the game (i.e. a Year 2 contract offer can only be for two years, all Year 3 offers must only be 1-year deals)

Trading
- NTCs are out the window.
- No commissioner approval needed, it is your responsibility to update your roster promptly.
- You may only trade draft picks for the upcoming draft.

Entry Draft
- One round between Season 1 and 2

Agreed. It's hard enough for everyone to stay active for 2-year games, 4 4 year game will not work.

Well, you started it in the middle of HYD's game. Wait until one ends, or possibly get into the rotation a couple of weeks in advance. We try to respect others games so the ending to every game isn't ruined (at least not as much as they already are).
