When the chief look out dog of 12 years in my village finally died, we got together for a sombre potluck at the Elder's home in honour of our fallen friend.

The village decided that the reason our mighty friend had decided to leave our world for the next world was due to the existence of NHL commissioner Gary Bettman.

That being said, this thread is stupid.

Ottawa's arena, judging by Google Maps, seems more isolated from the fan base than the Meadowlands were from Devils fans.

Immediately across the wetlands beyond the stadium, that's all densely populated civilization.

thats none of Bettman's business how Melnyk runs his team. Yeah Melnyk is a ****** owner but Bettman doesnt need to step in and say "hey dont do that, do this"

Not his fault. You can blame Gary for a lot but the Sens incompetent management and owner is not one.
