:( must be serious to keep out of a game, nobody will be interested that much. He was on the DL earlier this year as well. Don’t expect much in return.

Remember when scouts and prospect writers were idiots for ranking Cody Bellinger as a top prospect and simultaneously shitting on Rowdy Tellez, even though they had comparable minor league stats, which obviously confirmed that they were equally good hitters?

I feel like he’s our next arencibia. Shows flashes in his introduction and just isn’t very good from that point on

Few guys here were comparing Bellinger’s minor league stats to Tellez

he's 24 Massive still physically maturing don't be so quick to write him off. I think in the end he will be a staple as our left handed dh Power threat. sure he may need a trip or 2 too aaa to get things back in order but just go back and look and how lgj was looked at prior to his demotion. sometimes these kids just need to go through the wire a few times before they can put it all together. but as bad as he has been at times he still ranks

top 5 in homeruns, rbis, doubles, hits, runs and so on on the team. for a rookie that aint that half bad. but for some reason a group of rookies are getting a lot of expectations put on them considering this is just a developmental year.

but like one said I get the feeling this demotion is to just insure that rowdy is playing everyday while they get smoak his at bats until a trade comes around.

Tellez power numbers are there but other then that he has been missing. Maybe this demotion can do for him what it did for Gurriel earlier. Lets hope.

Rowdy has been bad. McKinney has played well in Buffalo. Might as well.
Dis, who do you think is the best prospect/asset we can get for giles/stroman? Eg; any chance of a guy like puk, tucker, corbin martin? I'd venture that'd be a resounding no but one can dream?

with how many arms the Braves have in their system that's the ideal system to target for a Stroman+Giles trade. Hope for Ian Anderson and one of the lefties(Allard/Wentz/Muller). Just block the Yankees number and that's a win of itself
