If Lebron uses PEDs, he's likely one of many in the NBA.
Dwight Howard looks freakishly big. His shoulders make his head look small.

I don't think it's that far-fetched, but I don't have a problem with it if it's true. It's been established how much he works/invests on his body. The guy is on another level in terms of work ethic, and taking PED's doesn't change his skill level or all-time basketball IQ.

Lol, nah. Also, look at Sosa's career after age 33. LeBron started out as the best raw athlete in the NBA maybe ever. Probably ever. And he's invested ridiculous money into personal trainers, dieticians, etc. When you take a guy who is genetically superior, give him infinite resources and discipline, he'll age pretty well. He's more lean now than he has been most of his career, less explosive than he has been, and is shooting more consistently than ever. That's the natural progression of basketball. When Kobe got older and less explosive, he got better at drawing fouls and became an even better shooter.

The only thing he did very differently last year was he didn't get rest, which superstars normally get, because the team was so bad. He wasn't abnormally better than he has been the past few years. He just got leaned on more, and handled the ball more because he wasn't playing with still in/slightly out of his prime Wade like in Miami or Kyrie in Cleveland. The reason everyone is saying what he did last year was more impressive than years past isn't because he was noticably better, but his supporting cast was noticably worse. But he does this all the time. The 07 Cavs were completely carried by LeBron, the 2014 Cavs who were without Love/Kyrie in the playoffs and leaning on guys like Mozgov and Dellavedova. It isn't like he has never been the driving force of a terrible squad before. LeBron in 2011-2013 was easily a better athlete/more explosive, but he's a better shooter now. That's not really explained by PEDs. Or conspiracy theory YT videos whose title starts with "TRUTH REVEALED"
