I only pee in the sink in the bathroom. Never in the kitchen.

Just try it guys and you will never look back!

Its environmentally friendly. No flushing less water used. No pee on the seat. Who could complain about this?

I did it when I was sleeping at a mate's house one night after a party and I didn't want to wake anyone up by going upstairs. Pissed in a plastic cup and poured it in the sink to make sure I didn't splash anything.

The only time in my life that I've ever been to a monster truck rally, there were adult men peeing in the sink. Best part was they were trying to excuse their behavior when those in line for the bathrooms looked at them in shock.

I still remember one of them saying to everyone else something like "You goddamn city folks think this is redneck as hell and you'd be goddamn right, I ain't waiting for no goddamn stall when I can just do what I do back in Hick-rey (Hickory, NC)".

This was at the Charlotte Coliseum, where the NBAs Hornets played in the 90's by the way, not some backwoods race track.

Now that's thoughtful crudeness. We could use more of that around here.

I know I won't make a mess, so I don't mind myself doing it at home. I would not do it anywhere else.

I don't understand why people stand and pee at home, inevitably missing the toilet and getting pee splash all over their own bathroom. Just kneel at your toilet and there's no sound or splash.

I also don't care for the stigma about peeing while sitting down.

I used to do that all the time but the problem is that eventually it starts to smell like sewers. You have to regularly pour cleaning products and bleach down the drain to get rid of the smell

Because the sink at the bottom, the pipe has kind of a U shape, and pee gets stuck at the bottom of the U and it just kind of dries up there and starts to smell

The amazing thing is that the Coliseum was the "nice" venue during that timeframe. Imagine what the bathrooms at a monster truck rally in Bojangles Coliseum would have looked like.

I remember until about 2000 you could actually buy tobacco at the Charlotte Coliseum. I don't think they sold cigarettes but they did sell chewing tobacco/dip. The story I have heard is that the Hornets officially put a stop to it after one dumbass thought it would be funny to throw his dip-cup at the refs but ended up hitting a Hornets player instead. Some people shouldn't be allowed in public.

Oddly enough, that U shaped thing is called a p-trap.

Before the recent renovation, I think I remember Bojangles Coliseum had pee troughs and communal sinks.

Inevitably, some drunk would stumble in and start peeing right next to the one or two people that could be bothered to wash their hands.
