I am wondering if an off comment on just watching hockey in different ways would be okay, with as big as TV's are now I would love a camera shot that doesn't pan side to side and gives a static image of the whole ice

I remember the Molson (?) ad on TV, where there is a corporate meeting, and one man makes a proposition: "How about we introduce a glowing puck? With a colored streak behind it? Blue streak -- pass, red streak -- shoot." In the next scene he is thrown out of a meeting, with a red streak behind him.

Yes! First time I was in Toronto saw that commercial and knew I was in hockey heaven.

Do i remember the glowing puck?

I remember when acid wash jeans were cool (the style lasted about six months! After that: ridicule).

I think the guy who came up with the glowing puck idea was wearing his ol' pair of acid wash jeans. Oh, and a fanny pack with a neon pink t-shirt.

Hated it but it was worth a try. The better TV's that have come out, got rid of that problem real quick (as previously mentioned)
