    Do we pillage OKC and bring up what ever we have on the farm and give them a chance. When we have Jones playing on the 1st line that is so wrong on so many levels. It can't be worse that what happened last night. We need passion and nothing like guys that have nothing to lose and are used to AHL coaching. We have some confimed AHL guys with the big team we can send them down with impunity as nobody wants our leftovers...

    Well, not directly answering your question... But this club didn't give Hall, Eberle, RNH, or Yakupov much of a chance by not surrounding them with quality veterans and basically telling them to sink or swim as young NHLers.

    I would not be surprised if they would be failing the guys in OKC either.

    There's so much wrong with this organization that it's sickening.

  3. Yes. We need to get younger.

    If we swap rosters with OKC we might win more games in the NHL since those players will actually try.

    You'd think that by now we would learn that
    A) More young kids in the lineup doesn't help you win, and;
    B) Throwing young kids into the fire without a strong supporting cast is detrimental to their development, not a bonus.

    That being aside, what young kids are even down there to step into the lineup? The farm team is devoid of legitimate prospects at forward.

    Exactly. Blaming the effort levels of the players is so mindnumbingly off-target.

    Well, maybe they could give the D prospects a chance. That's why I'm not overly concerned with Belov out. And it's not like we have a winning record to tarnish.
