I stumbled across some articles while surfing for some training information a while back and came across the stuff that is going on in Australia right now.
Basically, researchers have developed a DNA test for the likelihood of developing more fast twitch vs. slow twitch muscle fibers. The premise is that, in theory, the test can determine an athlete's genetic predisposition for sprint or endurance sports.
