Interesting to see if relegated Norwich puts up a fight today vs Chelsea or if they lay down.

Odd how badly Pukki has sucked since the resumption of play. Not even a shot on goal. Benched.

Not a Chelsea fan, but, can we just talk about how ridiculously good, talented, and young their attack would be if Havertz ends up getting his transfer to there?

Abraham (22), Werner (24), Ziyech (27), Mount (21), Pulisic (21), Odoi (19) , and presumably Havertz (21).

Going to be a headache - a fun and good one at that - to pick a four-man - playing five of them at the same time would be a big stretch - attack with those players.

Sounds like Liverpool will be adding Thiago. Interesting addition. Next EPL season should be pretty fun, esp. if ManU and Chelsea can add more depth (and, uh, a goalkeeper or two in the later case).

What happened to de Gea? Not too long ago he was in the conversation for best goalkeeper in the world... seems like ever since Ronaldo dunked on him with the hat trick in the 2018 World Cup he's been broken and headed in the wrong direction.

Chelsea will have a logjam of attacking players next year. Tammy, Giroud, Werner, Ziyech, Mount, Pulisic, Willian... they might wanna play a 4-1-3-2 or something.

Meanwhile, nailbiter at King Power to decide the CL teams, and Villa watching over their shoulder for 45 mins too.

Willian probably going cross town to Arsenal sadly. So far the difference is a 2 year offer vs the 3 year deal he wants.

Hoping for Havertz mostly now, a central defender and a Kepa replacement....

Jorginho and some others will probably be sold off.

Can Arsenal afford Willian with that Ozil contract on the books? Can Chelsea afford Havertz and a starting goalie?

There should really be more parity with team spending in the EPL, City and Chelsea and basically no one else can afford top flight players. You could add Man U due to their CL return, but they already have a stacked lineup.

But i'm a newcomer to EPL so maybe there are things in place?

Well there’s this thing called Financial Fair Play....supposed to balance spending out against revenues. I’m happy to have a big spending owner :).
