Chelsea given two-window transfer ban

Not a transfer guru, does this mean anything for Hazard? Seems like he's stuck there pending appeal.

Pretty sure it means Hazard is probably getting out of dodge because Chelsea likely won't play Champions League soccer for the next two seasons.
Chelsea have been banned from signing players for the next two transfer windows after FIFA found them guilty of breaching rules related to the signing of players under the age of 18.

It means Chelsea, who signed Christian Pulisic from Borussia Dortmund in January and loaned him back until the summer, cannot bring in players until summer 2020, but it does not affect their ability to either release players or bring back loan players.

It means they can’t buy players but they can definitely still sell them. Hazard was likely gone this summer anyway IMO but as already noted this probably increases his desire to leave as they can’t really bring in new players to make them better.

Liverpool seems destined to play a lot more tense but somewhat flat nil-nil draws.

They were in extra time about to head to PKs. Caballero is known for being very strong in goal during PKs so they were trying to sub him in during stoppage time. Kepa refused to come off the field.

I can see why Kepa would initially be against coming out but, yeah, snubbing your coach like that is not good.
