The Calgary Flames have nudged up against the cap after playing last season at a 22 million dollar payroll until the deadline trades, when they moved up to 25 million. With the signing of Dan Boyle and Milan Hejduk to contract extensions, and signing of Theodore, Iginla and re-signing of Williams, they are nearing the cap and with to create a little space for some additional moves. This is isn't a salary dump per se, since it isn't a move that I have to do, but he will come quite cheap.
