Tanner Glass will miss yet another open net for an important goal for the Pens in the playoffs that's for sure. Not sure which round, but it'll be an important one.

Tanner Glass was the most frustrating player from the 2010-11 team. I wanted him gone, was grateful they didn't resign him that summer. He stuck in Van cause he was one of 'Av's boyz'.

He was 1 of only 4 or 5 healthy players on the entire Canucks team in the playoffs. Yet, he was invisible. He couldn't hit, couldn't fight, had zero offense and refused to consistently stick up for teammates. My biggest beef with him was his inability to get the puck out of his own zone. Soooo frustrating. However, he was a big team guy, very popular among teammates. At least - that's how it appeared.

He's not our nightmare anymore thankfully. :handclap:

You would think someone with so little talent could at least work hard in the playoffs. But not Tanner the 4th line floater.

BTW don't get Jeff Cowan or Darcy Hordichuk. They may be even worse than Glass if you can believe it.

How do we know he was hurt again?

Even so, he shouldn't have played the number of games he did. Let someone else make a contribution if they're healthy.

He's actually a very useful player.
See, what he does is for your team is, he'll play Scrabble before a big game against the opposition's best player and subliminally use words like "choke" and "golf" while simultaneously winning the game, to mentally throw off the opposition. He's a master mind.
Also, dat mullet.

He was pretty reliable on the 4th line for us during the regular season. But come Playoffs, he literally had one good shift in Game 1 Vs the Hawks. After that he was absolutely invisible. If your role is to be an energy player, it really shouldn't be that tough to bring it consistently. 4th liners can be so frustrating.
