Maybe. He was definitely cut from Old Time Hockey. Played with a nasty edge.

I got to talk to him a bit when he was sent down to the then ECHL Checkers. I miss those days at times, I had some really good seats in the areana that gave me access to meeting players, and then when transitioned to the AHL, I got to meet a lot of former players turned scouts. (my favorite all time was Chris Osgood).
