Severson gets the game ball, he was on for 3 of 4 DAL even strength goals.

Coleman was the -3 too. Heiskanen was his man that walked past him on both of those pathetic goals.

I know they didn't deserve a point due to the early lack of effort and defensive lapses....

but it's still annoying that they couldn't come out of this with at least a point 'cause all those goals scored feel nothing more than empty stat-stuffers.

severs and vatanen are not good defensive defenseman.. both make poor decisions with puck often... having both in lineup is actually gonna cause stress... they would be better off without one of them on this team.

But literally no one does the basics. They don’t seal guys off. They don’t take the man. They lose coverage constantly.

blackwood regressing doesnt mean hes playing poorly but rather this is a bad team. this absolutely wadnt the worst theyve played all season. theyve been dominated by tampa, toronto, nashville, colombus, and san jose. kinkaid has been average. schneider was the worst goalie in the league. if blackwood is average the rest of the way. its a huge win. but this team is going to leave him out to dry. big time.

Sorely missed Hall’s speed this game.

I feel like this would've been a multi-point game for him. He seems to feed off the energy of the game, especially when the opponents' stars are all over the scoreboard.

He wouldn't have changed much given how most of the issues were defensive, and how he has been a turnover machine this year.

This team needs a lot of things. First it needs better structure. That can be easily accomplished by shit canning the puds we have currently coaching.

We need to stop thinking old veteran dmen are worth anyhting just because they have years of experience. Greene is utterly terrible as is Lovejoy.

they were tied in the third period for a good part. it's more than score effects if it's a tie and then just a 1 goal deficit in the third.
but the only reason they were in it was because of blackwood in the first 30 min or so

Well, they got the game winner 6.5 minutes in (6:27 to be exact). We weren't really attacking in this game until it was like 4-1. Then we started attacking more when it was 5-4.

I would say Dallas was the better team this game by a whole lot.
