This isn't a coaching issue, it's a lack of good players issue. You guys think Kuabliks and Raymond's are better than they really are. Those players have so little impact on the game each shift.
Would much rather we gave ourselves higher odds at drafting a franchise player that can tilt the ice. It's going to feel pretty crappy on draft day after another season like this just to watch the top players get selected out from under us. Not sure how this season is making us any better going forward. I'm sure winning an extra 6 games this season will really make the difference in preparing these players to be champions in the future. We aren't going to go anywhere good without some real star talent up front. This depth in mediocre wingers isn't gonna do the trick.
