Fitz moving again is just shuffling the deck chairs on the Titanic.

Get ready for the Seney bump. 10 in a row upcoming.
Well they should win against Minnesota.

Minnesota struggles on the road, will be in their second game of a back to back, starting their backup goalie who is making his NHL debut.

But we all know how this team can snatch defeat from the jaws of victory tho lol so it should be interesting

I feared when the Fitz move happened it wasn’t so much to put Hynes on notice as it was to buy him time and feint toward holding his feet to the fire. Unfortunately that looks to have been the case.

Maybe looking at Shero's history it was more like,

"Hey Ray.... Things are worse than we thought, I need to either be here for a lot longer then we thought or we need to get a new coach ASA-"

"HEY! Thanks for all the help, you can go now, good day."

"But.. Ray"

"I SAID, GOOD DAY SIR!"

No faith in this front office right now, this season has been a massive failure on all fronts and there’s not one excuse for this either. The staff is awful, the players are playing a “system” that completely hampers them offensively and has zero structure defensively, and nobody seems to think anything is wrong.

One of the many endearing attributes Hynes has is talking about consistency. Saying players need to find consistency. Zacha seems to be the horse Hynes beats the with regard to consistency. Ya know, having Zacha play with different linemates and on different lines in different roles. I'd imagine consistency is a little hard to find when you're yo-yoing around the lineup. But hey, grit.

I can see the argument that Bratt's been underwhelming this season, but I honestly have no idea what Zacha did to deserve being benched.

And the fact Hynes specifically praised John Hayden not once, but twice in his postgame interview tells me at least one of them will stay out.

Zacha has been moved around a lot but that should be his strength as a player is the ability to be moved around a lot - he's not particularly good at anything at ES, so that's what a player like that is good for. The problem is that he has not played well at all in the past month.
