Ryan Sproul, hoping the sophomore slump had a lot to due with injury. He looked a lot better last year. Still has a nice set of tools.

My add is Chase Pearson.

What pairing was Sproul on last year with XO and Russo on the team full time in GR? I've been convinced for 3 years now that Sproul has no chance of making the NHL, and very few arguments have been made to change my mind. I mean isn't Jensen better than Sproul really. Is Jensen even still in GR?

Sproul.

Coin flip toss for the add for me between Pearson and Sambrook. Guess I'll say Pearson. Like both of them.

Sproul again, add Sambrook. Whole lot of 'meh' and 'longshot' left on the board.

2 of my cousins go to Univ of Maine, so I'm hoping to make it to a game to see Pearson and Holway this winter.

Not sure who to vote for... someone convince me about:

Axel Holmstrom or Givani Smith

Go with Smith. Holmstrom has had some nice stretches in Sweden, but he's still got skating issues, he's not the biggest guy, and we have no idea how well he will transition to smaller ice.

Smith has the size and attitude the club (still) lacks, and we have zero worries about his being able to handle the more physical NA play. He might not have the raw offensive tools Holmstrom seems to have, but Smith is far more likely to make it to the NHL in some capacity. And if he does put it together enough to be a top6 forward, he's going to be a beast for us.

6'1 215 pounds, bigger and stronger than most of our current forwards, and while he's definitely not as gritty and tough as Smith he will go to the dirty areas to score.

that's 20 lbs heavier than I saw him listed earlier. It's encouraging if he's put on that much weight, and I will short him less. Admittedly, though, after watching Sheahan being willing to go to the dirty areas without actually being physical, I really want to see our big guys play big.

One of the reasons I voted for Smith over Holmstrom.

Smith plays big.
