So we are claiming Conacher correct? Would be the perfect guy to give the last 15ish games to see what he has.

I agree about Smith he deserves a chance but he won't get one here.

With us potentially moving several forwards before the deadline I could see us claiming Conacher and giving him the rest of the season to give Burke a reason to bring him back. That way we don't have to destroy the Heat's lineup and we still get a decent player who is young enough he could find a role here.
