Delta SOT

I have seen a few references to Tom Awad's delta SOT without sufficient descriptions for me to calculate it for myself. The original posts no longer seem to be online.

Can anyone explain how to calculate this or link me to something that will allow me to figure it out for myself.

There are some blogposts that refer to this system from a few year s ago. For example https://www.pensionplanpuppets.com/2010/7/29/1593322/delta-sot-yet-another-advanced but they do not give sufficient information that I can figure out how to calculate it for myself.
