This is a game. Enjoy it.

Icing: When a player scores a goal, he will commonly attempt an over-the-top celebratory move as the "icing" on the cake.
"Brah that goal was sick but the windmill he pulled off after was icing!"

Offside: When a fan of the away team mistakenly sits on the home team side of the bleachers.
"Hey you knucklehead in the blue jersey, you're offside!"

Dangles: When a player does not properly secure all of his equipment.
"Check out the dangles on that guy, his mouthguard is practically falling out!"

Slapshot: A photo taken of an enforcer attempting to start a fight. Named for the outdated tradition of removing a glove to slap the opponent with it.
"Things are really heating up, get your camera ready for a slapshot!"

Bash Brothers: A retired announcing duo known for their brutal criticisms.
"Michael Jordan is looking rough out there today- the Bash Brothers would be tearing into him right now!"

Flying V: A V-shaped drone used to provide aerial footage during play.
"Give us a flying V replay of that one!"

Generational: Pertaining to the unique set of rules implemented in a given 5-year "Generation" designed to keep the game from growing stagnant. Notable examples include the "Short stick Generation" ('85-'90) and the "Three-pointer Generation" ('00-'05).
"Rumor has it the next Generation is going to include a rule requiring players to wear silly hats!"

SHOOOOOOT : every team strategically place in the stands retired players that were known as a power-play specialists. Once they confirm that a perfect shooting lane is available, they yell this word to let the player who is in possession of the puck that he can proceed to direct the puck towards the opposing net with as much power as possible.

Bust: when a hockey player is forced to run behind the team bus.

Top Cheddar: Pranking a team mate by putting wet kraft cheese slices in his lid.

Lid: The apparatus on pickle jars that Karl Alzner cannot open, also a helmet.

Off the iron: Driving a par 5 with an iron, because we missed the playoffs again.

Pace: the speed at which the busting players run behind the bus.

(The puck) Hits a body/leg in front: When a puck is shot toward the net, then strikes one of any number of corpses or dismembered limbs littering the ice during the course of any standard hockey game.
