If there's a positive to take away, Robert Thomas is a real star in the making. That boy has skills. Can't understand why Berube has Steen playing on that line. He could do so much more with some talented line mates. No one else came to play tonight -- they looked out of sync, tired and tentative.

MacMac had 2ND most shots on goal of forwards, but lowest icetime just over 8min.

You do know the Avs have won 2 Cups, right? And with far more memorable teams than last years Blues squad. The Sakic, Forsberg, Roy, Blake Avs used to spank the Blues again-and-again. Teams have their ups & downs, so enjoy it while it's good.
So are you Avs fan or Blues fan? Hard to tell from your nick

Long time Nordique/Avs fan, but originally from St. Louis, so I like the Blue Note as well. I've seen the good times & bad times with both organizations, so it's kind of cool to see both teams on the upswing at the same time. Avs aren't nearly as well-balanced as the Blues are, but they'll become a real force within the next year or 2 if they can bolster their D-corps a bit more. Gonna make for a great rivalry!

PETRO SUCKS
Colorado's last game was a 7-4 loss against WPG, who we just beat in a H&H matchup 5-4 and 4-1. We are due for stinkers every now and then, and COL has a talented team. Definitely not happy with getting walked on, but shit happens to even the best teams. If we get back into form quickly then no worries.

The Avs haven't done f*** all in almost 20 yrs, let alone the last 5-10. The Blues have had a trip to the WCF and a Cup win in that timespan. Take your Avs loyalty over to their board. In a 7 game series, i'll take the Blues everytime.

Thomas is incredible ! he derserves more ice time , he has Always great vision to make pass , if he improves his shoot accuracy , it will be a first line player soon . Maybe Kyrou, will be back to the next game , because scratched agains Avs. Walman will be back in San Antonio , I will prefer Mikkola in case of injury.
Against Vegas, maybe Allen as starting goalie

Congrats on the regular season January win and trash talk about cups from multiple decades ago.

All-Time the Blues are 38-30 vs the Avs. You have a strange definition of "spanking."

Keep living in the past buddy. Last years Blues team won a cup, are currently the better team and the Avs have been irrelevant for years.
