I've been digging hoppy pilsners lately. Italian Pilsners they call them. Seem to be all the rage now. Of course we're in stout season now so a nice Russian Imperial by the fire is always nice. But at the end of the day, nothing compares to a Pilsner Urquell. From the town of my birth. Having a properly poured (side pull) 1/2 liter right at the brewery is divine.
