Deadline talks

if the deadline is 11:59 EST Tues night as I believe Matt has indicated...then if we're going to do this, it would seem that sometime in the 9-11pm EST range would be smart...give or take an hour.

Anyone have any other ideas? or is this about the best chance we have of getting numbers together for deadline talks?
