Has anyone else seen someone go from pro-fighting to anti-fighting as quick as Carcillo? There is an article out in my local paper (Orland Park Prairie) from when he spoke to school kids about brain injuries where he says fighting has no place in the game anymore, calls it old fashioned, and praises the refs for doing an "amazing job" all in a single paragraph. It's disgusting what he's saying about fighting. I'm seriously starting to wish that he never played for the Hawks, which is sad because he was great for us.

Carcillo is absolutely right, obviously he could have and should have thought about it earlier but it's not hypocritical to come to senses regardless of what you have done before. So better late than never and if he can keep even just one kid from repeating the mistakes he did then that's already valuable.
