Ehlers has been a joy to watch this season.

The only Danish player that has exceeded my expectaions.
The rest bar Hansen and Andersen have in my humble opinion not lived up to them at all.

Nielsen is meh this year, and his play in his own end is not what it used to be.

Andersen was on a roll, and I really thought, wow hes turned it around. Then two very bad games in a row.

He hasnt underperformed, but im still unsure about him. And it wouldnt suprise me to see him crumble.

Jensen has finally prooved to everyone he is not an NHL player.

Bjorkstrand has looked suuper weak, even in the AHL.

Eller, well I havent watced alot of him, but the pts are not good.

Boeds, I just hate him tbh. Finally exposed as the dud he is

And maybe Larsen finally gets in to his head, that NHL is not for him.

Boedker had a hat-trick tonight, his first as a Sharks player, but still a very disappointing start of the season from him.

So Bødker is either more or less invisible or he makes a hat-trick
If he just could be a bit more consistent.....

Never the less most interesting that he scores 3 goals on a night when he plays 4th line. As if the grinding role suits him more than the polished tictactoe.

What is happening with P.Bjorkstrand ? I see he only played 10 games so far. Injury or something else ?

Larsen hasn't exactly impressed me either, but the funny thing is that the stats say that Vancouver's power play is at its best when Larsen is on the ice. And it has struggled mightily since he was sidelined.

Larsen has always been a pp specialist. in Edmonton they used him alot on the pp. same in jokerit.

O boy...I am sure he regrets now because he left Medvescak :(...I mean, from being TGS on KHL team to AHL scratch is not exactly path anyone hopes for:(

Yup, im sure he will be back in Europe next season. he hasnt played bad, theres just no room for him and his style on the Ontario team.

Unusually good Danish night in the NHL.

Frederik Andersen with a shutout.
Nikolaj Ehlers and Lars Eller with a goal each.
Mikkel Bødker with an assist.

Chemistry in Washington at the moment as Eller hit double digits goalscoring. He is now being praised as the best 3rd line C in the league. :handclap:

Well Eller is great for that role, he was never the fall guy in Montreal either. Someone saying he should think about career in Europe in autumn was pretty funny. Everyone in Washington had trouble scoring back then.

Hansen joins Bødker in SJ for Goldobin and a 4th round pick (will become a 1st round pick if the Sharks win the Cup this season.)

I believe this is the first time two former Rødovre players will be on the same NHL team.

Seems like a good move for Jannik Hansen as Vancouver probably will go into rebuild whereas with San Jose he has some winning chances.
Both Hansen and Bødker on wings certainly gives speed.....

Oliver Bjorkstrand is back up in the big league and scoring...had a really great season in the ahl so a nice way to finish the year..

read on the blue jackets board that he mentioned in interviews that he will concentrate on working outhard this offseason so might mean no wc.

Agreed he is doing good in the NHl, but to start the year he was bad in the AHL.

Either he is a slow starter, or he is the type pf player that thrives with talent and in intense atmospheres, PO, NHL over AHL. etc.

anyhow, I still think he can outdo Ehlers, his shot is Deadly, almost Ovechkin lite like.:handclap:

Season has become better as it has progressed. Still unsurr about Andy tho, and That 10-11 game no pts (bar 1-2 secondary a's) streak Ehlers had was scary. Looks like he is turning it. lets just hope he hits the 60pt mark and 25 goals. then ill be a happy camper :handclap:

Admitted I was to trigger fast with Eller, he has been boss on that 3rd line, and is potting them.

Hansen in Sj is a bummer :shakehead not for u guys tho.. But he deserves it.

still not a fan of Boeds, who I will say is still not doing what he should.

Franzie, havent watched him since Christmas, so cannot comment.
