42 games, 3+13, -4. Nothing stellar for a supposed offensive-minded D-man.

Started well, but went into a slouch and never regained his form. Probably partially mental. Motivation to play in HPK gone. Still, a skilled player who just might pick it up with the change of scenery.

Odd that they let him go, HPK is still very well in the race for a straight playoff spot, and they let go one of their best defencemen. And it's not like he had a huge pricetag on him either.

Not by a long shot - at least anymore. Like I already said, Spang started the season in very impressive manner, but has been declining since then. Lately, he has practically been nothing but dead weight for the team.

Thanks for the answers guys, I hope he will pik it up from the start of the season then :) Our D as it is now is quite slow so need abit more movement there hope he can do that.
