Daly on FAN590 - Players offer on Feb10?

I'm listening to a sound bit on the FAN590, of Bill Daly talking about the players offering them a proposal on Feb10... I was not aware of this. Apparently they offered less than they did 15 months ago.

That's what happened, yes, but the players didn't offer a formal proposal.
