Up to means he got a lower amount and it's hitting incentives that gets him $8.6 mill. I thought the Raiders should have contacted him to see if that would shake up Jacobs.

Curious to see what Cook's base is. Close to the $6 mill or so range like Miles Sanders AAV. Probably around $2-$2.5 mill in Incentives.

And Cook was a free agent. And that's the best he can do after 6 NFL seasons.

On a related note, i'd also like to let everyone know that I filled out my electronic timesheet at work yesterday. I even logged in to our remote office and performed tasks appropriate to my job title and description.
