Making up for some of the lost mid/late round picks we've traded recently.

Would be shocked if any of them become anything besides career AHLers. But you still need those guys.

A testament to persistence perhaps - was a workhorse for the Saints in his fifth year of college hockey; carrying St. Lawrence to the ECAC Finals after playing just six games for Arizona State the prior year.

At the same time, he will be 24 in August and the ECAC was not a league that featured many elite prospects in terms of NHL shooting and scoring.

Should be interesting to follow his progress.
