with patty kane in our lineup, we feel we have the best offence in the league, all 4 lines are quick, and excel in all 3 zones. galliardi and moore will cause other teams fits with their speed, and forecheck

we have a 9 man deep d corps which is essential to a deep playoff run. we have a very good combo of pmd, twd and dfd.

niemi is a former cup winner and is very good in the pipes, greiss is great for the easy Ws were niemi can rest

Have upgraded center depth with the addition of Weiss and have worked hard with Alex semin to get him back to PPG form, we believe when our team is healthy we are a Stanley cup contender and are ready to upset the rangers in the first round. We believe Ryan Miller can and will steal us wins in this series

Probably should have been voting. But let's be honest... St. Louis has the best team in the league. Bar none.

The :ducks have SURGED into the playoffs under new coach Bruce Boudreau!
We have a great lineup with a mix of skill and grit!

We CAN Upset the Blues, and HERE'S WHY.

FORWARDS
Alexander Steen ($3.362m) / Ryan Getzlaf ($5.325m) / Corey Perry ($5.325m)
A great Line. Getzlaf is a premier Center, Perry is one of the top goalscorers in the league, and Steen is a top grinder that can hit 60 points, especially when playing with 2 talents like Getzlaf and Perry.

T.J. Oshie ($2.350m) / Mike Ribeiro ($5.000m) / Teemu Selanne ($4.000m)
Ribiero is another top line center, playing on the 2nd line for us. Oshie is one of the top skaters and playmakers in the game, and now on an offensive minded team he'll get 70 points +. Selanne is one of the top goal scorers in the league, even at his age.

Matt Beleskey ($0.737m) / Saku Koivu ($2.500m) / Jason Blake ($4.000m)
Beleskey is a good young grinder talent. Koivu still has great hands, and with Jason Blake on his wings can do some heavy secondary damage together. Blake is still a good goal scorer that can get 20 goals on the 2nd line.

Brandon McMillan ($0.875m) / Niklas Hagman ($3.000m) / Devante Smith-Pelly ($0.870m)
A great grind line. McMillan and Smith-Pelly are two of the top young grinders in the league, and Hagman is rejuvinating his career in Anaheim.

DEFENSEMEN
Lubomir Visnovsky ($5.600m) / Francois Beauchemin ($3.500m)
A great chemistry pair of Lubo and Beauch. 2 Very good Defenseman that play well together, and can SHUT DOWN any top line.

Alex Goligoski ($4.600m) / Luca Sbisa ($2.175m)
Possibly the BEST 2nd Defense pairing in the league. Both 2 young premier defenseman, that would be on the top pair on other teams.

Toni Lydman ($3.000m) / Carlo Colaiacovo ($2.125m)
Lydman is a great solid veteran that barely makes mistakes, and Colaiacovo is a solid Offensive Defenseman that can help on the powerplay.

GOALTENDERS
Jonas Hiller ($4.500m) / Jeff Drouin-Deslauriers ($0.612m)
Under the new Defense and Boudreau, Hiller has become much better and has been one of the top players in the Ducks playoff push.

Coach Boudreau has blended a perfect mix of Skill and Grit to lead this bottom dwelling team into the playoffs in the 2nd half of the season.
This team can upset ANYONE and WIN. THE. CUP!

Vote Cinderella Story!

We have an even more improved roster then when we won the cup last year. The addition of Garrison on the point was huge. Also the maturation of Seguin and the same veterans from last year gives us the chemistry throughout our line-up and the best goaltending in the league should make us cup favorites again.
