D Christian Lindberg - Oskarshamn, Allsvenskan (2019 Draft)

Scored his first Allsvenskan goal today in his 44th game.

Played a lot last year for an European prospect with 81 games played between 3 leagues including playoffs. Led the J18 Elit in scoring for D with 35 points in 33 games, and had 8 goals and 15 points in 13 J20 Elit games. And also played 33 games in the Allsvenskan with no points (and I'm guessing limited minutes).

This season had 6 points in 4 J20 Elit games and now 2 points in 11 Allsvenskan games.

He would have been a late birthdate (Aug. 31, 2000) for the 2018 draft.

I haven't seen him much and he doesn't get a lot of ice-time in the Allsvenskan, any opinion of him?

Lindberg is a good young player, I had him in the mid 100’s on my rankings last year.

I'm sure he could but some guys prefer to play for a smaller club with a quicker path to pro hockey. Probably gets a little bit of pocket money too that he would not get playing junior.
