We mean nothing. Around the time we signed up Necas there was this Czech guy commenting on F26, somewhat apologizing that he was drunk at 2 pm on Friday. Not apologizing per se that he was drunk, but more as a courteous 'excuse me' that it is Friday 2pm in Czech Republic and this is matter of fact we all together need to work around now to make the exchange most fruitful to everyone concerned.
