He’s a nice guy... and his AHL production wasn’t awful I guess. Could be an energy 4th liner, but I can see why Calgary didn’t want to offer him a 1-way deal. Wish him the best of luck.

Fills a big void in Rochester which will have very little in terms of forward talent next season. Maybe he can play RD too.

Well, okay, honestly, I don’t know what kind of player this is, but it’s free, minimal risk.

I remember he looked money in the bank at the 2015 WJCs. Since then? Uhh.....He ate a burger once on the ice that was thrown?

He never looked like money.

He was a very physically mature player in Junior who overpowered his peers.

Once that edge was gone, and it was clear even in Junior that he had no hands or vision, he was exposed.

He will be out of the NHL soon.

Is he here to beat up Beaulieu again? He's not been a good player for a while. Not sure why he never worked out after his U20 and junior career... Welcome to Rochester Curtis!

Not sure why a 1 way contract was necessary here. He’s obviously targeted for Rochester, but it’s not like he’s even established himself in the AHL.

No big deal though... unless he becomes the depth call up ahead of guys like Asplund.

He's almost certainly going to Roch, and he'll get a shot to show himself in camp. Not long ago, he was a pretty highly touted prospect (post 2015 WJC).

Overall, I like it.

But enough about Cozens :sarcasm:

Please don't be Jordan Nolan. Please don't be Jordan Nolan. Please don't be Jordan Nolan. Please don't be Jordan Nolan. Please don't be Jordan Nolan. Please don't be Jordan Nolan.

Other than a little bit of concern, what could go wrong... right?
