DeBrincat was on a 50 goal pace this season, so count him in.
He is still developing, improving each season, i mean the cat is only 23 for crying out loud.

Not saying he can't do it but take a look at when goalscorers normally peak(as far as goalscoring goes obviously).

If McDavid stays healthy that’d be really surprising. He’s scored 51 in 2021 (so far)

Mack, Debrincat, and Point also have a great chance and are young enough to have multiple shots at it. I doubt all break the 41 goal mark but I’d be stunned if none got there

a couple others have a decent shot at it but i'd say more likely to not happen than happen(although like....not drastically so, maybe someone like Debrincat has like a 40% chance of topping 41 at some point or something, that number will continue to fall if he doesn't do it soon though)

Zibanejad’s 41 goals came in only 57 games btw. I think he breaks it next year

I know it's easy to say after the year he's had but I doubt he ever comes close to 40 again, even in an 82 game season.
