There’s the alternate site which is where these guys have been playing. So no there are no legitimate minors like before but this is where he and others have been playing.

Why Casas is gaining more attention right now. He’s basically a Class A/AA player hitting against a mix of A-AAAA quality.

learning a splitter so he can make it through the order more than once and have a weapon against lefties. He scrapped his changeup in favor of the split at Sim City so it’s very new. You can tell he still doesn’t trust it

now granted him being a two pitch pitcher would still be better than 75% of what we’ve trotted out there, but they’re looking out for him long term (also I’m sure service time has something to do with it)
