CSB Rankings?

Can someone tell me when the first one comes out? Also, who do you think will be some of the top prospects?.......aside from Ovechkin. I went to watch a buddy play for Prince George in Prince Albert and really liked Kyle Chipchura. It's the only one game i saw but he had 1 and 1, is huge and tough and got first star. I'm thinking middle first rounder? Any thoughts?

NHL Central Scouting "PRELIMINARY RANKING" - will be posted here in November, 2003

I expect it'll be sometime closer to the end of the month. I'm looking forward to seeing it myself.
