Here's what i'd like to see to shake up the top 6. Why? I do what I want! ....and I'm bored at work.

Patches - Galchenyuk - Gallagher
Sekac - Plekanec - Parenteau
Bournival - Eller - Desharnais
Prust - Malhotra - Weise

So many threads with DD on the 2nd or 3rd line playing wing or completely off the team. As far as I'm concerned, we need to assume that DD is a fixture on the 1st offensive line and 1st PP wave until he isn't... We've even started making trades (Gonchar) to help the PP before toying with trying him in another capacity. Let's be realistic.

Pacioretty-Eller-Sekac
Galchenyuk-Plekanec-Parenteau
Bournival-Desharnais-Gallagher
Prust-Malhotra-Weise

What about something like that?

Eller is starting to have success. Quick let's break it up before he gets too hot.

always happens. JM takes Kostitsyn away from him. EGG line gets broken up. Bourque goes to pot. Eller's not allowed to have nice things. I'm sure Sekac will be taken away from him to start up the DD line.

I just want to see Pacioretty put with Plekanec finally, Pacioretty has been way more noticeable on the ice whenever the two of them are together. Also I don't like two passers in DD/PAP together, rather they're split up.

Pacioretty - Plekanec - Parenteau
Galchenyuk - Desharnais - Gallagher
Prust - Eller - Sekac

Ideally Galchenyuk would be centre, but no chance that happens as long as DD is still here.

I'm cool with

Pacioretty-Desharnais-Parenteau
Galchenyuk-Plekanec-Gallagher
Prust-Eller-Sekac
Bowman-Malhotra-Weise

For the time being.

Pacioretty-Plekanec-Gallagher
AG-Eller-Sekac
Bournival-DD-Parenteau
Prust-Malhotra-Weise

That would be my lineup
While Bournival's injured, Prust or Weise can take his spot on the third line

I like this one better. You guys are good at this game. My attention span is one of a small child's...
Someone have something shinier for me to look at?

Nice.

The guy is only 1 point behind the center on the #1 line and gets 3 minutes less per game in ice time... almost all of that shortfall is PP time.

He would definitely retire if after finally having a good line mate he gets saddled with DD and Bonerval

All things being equal and I could have ANY line combo with our current line up, I'd try:

Patches Plex PAP - Plex and Patches have a lot of chemistry
Eller Galchenyuk Gally - EGG line back but with Chucky at centre
Bowman DD Sekac - DD needs a trigger man and that could be Bowman and Sekac
Prust Manny Weise - Nuff said
Bournival - Can fit almost anywhere in the lineup if need be.

Markov PK
Beau Gilbert
Emelin Gonchar/Weaver
Tinner up and down from Hamilton on per need basis
