How long should the loading phase be and is it really necessary to bulk up muscle stores quickly?

Was thinking about a daily 20g regiment over a week followed after by 5g doses daily - is this typical for the best immediate gains?

I wouldn’t bother with loading phase, just take the daily dose which is usually 5mg. Run it for however long you want, no need to cycle on and off.
