I have also been intrigued by this guy. Watching the world championships, he has been all over the place, making himself felt on this team. This certainly is not the best team usa we've put out over the years, but he is making a name for himself in this tourney.
Stats-wise, he's roughly Zac Dalpe at this point. He may struggle even at the AHL level next season. But the most likely path is roughly a pt/game (.8pts/gp to 1pt/gp) at the AHL level with a potential call-up at most next season. If he played 40 games in the NHL next year, i wouldn't expect more than 15-20 pts.
A better question is if this guy has another year to go at Wisconsin.
