Smith has been such a gain for the staff that he's gotten more out of guys like Beaulieu and similarly Nelson. McCabe too.

Good:

Eichels best game of the season. Dominated almost every shift.

Bad:

Overtime. No Skinner? Also why Sheary with Eichel everytime? They have displayed no chemistry in any of the OTs

Props to whomever made the decisiion the coaching staff needed upgrading. I’m assuming that would be some combo of Phil and Botts.

Special teams were on fire, which is a fantastic change of pace. If they keep that up, the wins are sure to come regardless of the bad puck-luck.

The adjustment of putting Dahlin on PP1 with Jack and Risto in the umbrella has been awesome. I believe its called the @Der Jaeger adjustment in coaching circles.
