I’m coming to cough on you!

So when I got the call about my test being negative, my reaction was pretty bland. The nurse on the line said “That’s far less enthusiastic than most people.” I replied to her that I’m glad I don’t have it, but then I’d at least have a name to what’s knocking me out. Do I want it? No. But it’s been relatively manageable (with a few scary days). If it’s COVID then fine. Now I don’t know what I have, I just know I have something and it’s knocking me out.

Must be a flu strain at this point, right?

That's one of my issues with the "test our way out of this" strategy:
1) Our tests are inaccurate
2) We can't produce enough
3) We can't distribute them well

I think it worked in SK and Taiwan because they acted super early with limited cases and a strong centralized state. Here? Horse/Barn, Train/Station, Cat/Bag. Pick yer metaphor.
