Just purchased an exercise bike. Does any one have a conditioning plan they follow that could translate to hockey?
I'm a bit on the thin side so burning calories not my priority really. My stamina is very bad, this quarantine has not helped lol.1 minute hard 1 minute rest and cycle 20 times and you'll be burning insane amounts of calories. Also helps build muscular and cardiovascular endurance.
