Advice: Conditioning Plan for Exercise Bike

I don’t have a specific regimen but i would look into HIIT/Tabata routines for bike. Those kind of workouts try to mimic what you would be doing on a hockey shift, intense but short bursts of energy followed by some rest and repeat.

1 minute hard 1 minute rest and cycle 20 times and you'll be burning insane amounts of calories. Also helps build muscular and cardiovascular endurance.
I'm a bit on the thin side so burning calories not my priority really. My stamina is very bad, this quarantine has not helped lol.
