Hey gang. Winnipeg Jets fan hear that will be in Philly for the draft and wanted to ask a couple of touristy questions. Probably staying at the Palomar hotel and was wondering what are some must sees in Philly around there. I have travelled allot but never to your fair city. I think our time is going to be pretty tight so we are looking for the basics.
Where do Flyer fans pre-game and are they going to do that before the draft? After the draft where will people be hanging? I know its not a game day so I am not sure what to expect?
Of course we are going to try Cheesestakes is there a place close to hotel Palomar that is decent (I hear Campo's is ok)? Not sure we are going to have time to cab it to the southside to go to Pat's or some of the other old school places? I am not looking for to gentrified a version and I don't mind grungy places if the sandwich is good (can roll either way).
Any other hints would be appreciated.
