Any of you season ticket holders see how they are doing fan bucks now? This really pisses me off because I have people that share my tickets and I don't see how to make this work. It would be a royal pain in the ass to have to share the new Fan Bucks credit card. It is only fair that they be able to get Fan Bucks as well.

I think you can buy up to $100 in paper "Bucks" up until a certain point. Here's the pertinent paragraph from their email:

"You should receive your Fan Bucks card in the mail by Tuesday, September 30. In the meantime, if you would like to purchase Fan Bucks to use at the upcoming pre-season games on Sunday, September 21 and Tuesday, September 23, you may purchase Fan Bucks that are printed on ticket stock at Season Ticket Holder Central which is located at the Front Street Entrance right next to the Guest Services counter. A maximum of $100 in Fan Bucks printed on ticket stock may be purchased per account. Season Ticket Holder Central is open from the time the doors open for each game through the conclusion of each game."

I'm in the same boat. In the FAQ section online it says each ticket partner can get their own fan bucks card. I assume then, they will be able to load them individually. At least, I hope it works that way. My partners deserve to get fan bucks, too.

I was told you can only get a max of 2 cards per package.

*Edit*

Make that 3 cards, and anyone with a card can set-up their own fan bucks account. That way, the owner of the seats does not have to keep paying for fan bucks for his seat partners and then have to collect the money from them, they can buy their own. These accounts will only be for fan bucks, nothing else.

Your Rep will need the names and e-mails of those folks setting up the fan buck accounts. There will be another e-mail sent to season ticket holders explaining the procedures.

Of course the arena wasn't ready for the cards last night.

Also...anyone have a flex plan and go to their preseason game yet? First year, and I had to go get the tickets printed out because the scanners weren't working. I got two seats that were NOT the ones I picked out. Is this normal for preseason or is that not how it's supposed to happen?

Full season club. I got the tickets for me, but my partner who shares some games did not get the "extra set". My rep, when I called, said those were delayed but "should be" delivered by Friday. We will see.

Got the Fanbucks procedures email. It's not entirely clear from the email, so I went to the video tutorial. The bottom line is you have to go to the link at the bottom of the account page which says:
Buy Blue Jackets Tickets
Buy full and/or mini-season plans or single-game tickets

Click THERE and it will take you to the fanbucks loading process.

Little piece of hell having it all explained on the video by our "Arena Host" Mike Todd. He makes my skin crawl.... For the love of GOD, I wish we could replace him. PLEASE.

Did anyone else get the email about the ticketing issues for the Pittsburgh game and offering free tixs to one of the remaining pre-season games? I chose tomorrow's Carolina game and I just realized they never got added to my account.

I'll email my rep but I'm curious to know if this happened to anyone else.
