Hairs are a lot better, but the eyebrows look a lot like those of a bimbo from Laval.

Hey, not saying I could do any better though. Everything else is pretty much perfect!

Did you use MS Paint?

With uniforms, a single colour works fine when doing this, but you have to use a multitude of different shades for skin. That's why it looks odd. Great effort though, the first pic looks like Beliveau and Groucho Marx haha
