Montreal
Zegras and Caufield look like the top 2 from that draft for now, Hughes/Seider/Dach are 3/4/5

This kid is a Fing stud. Should be #1 as of right now. More and more impressive every single game he plays

Voted #1

Not exactly a slam dunk as a lot of players are still fairly close - but he absolutely has a case for#1. Hence my vote

He'd go No.1 if re-drafted today.

Byram would go No.2 and has the best chance to supplant Caufield out of the players from this draft.

I loved him before the draft, had him ranked #5. But this is way too early.

Seider, Zegras, Dach all look very promising. I was low on Byram at the time of the draft, but I'm sure most people are still high on him. Too early to just write off Hughes and Kakko. Love him, but it's just too early because the whole draft looks great at the top

give it a couple of years before you redraft based on a decent showing in a series, he looks exciting and has a great release, but, he has 10 NHL games under his belt.
he ranks 10th in points from the draft year (so far) with only 18 players playing even one game.
Let them all play 2-3 seasons before these guys are crowned King or Jester

1. Hughes
2. Kakko
3. Dach
4. Zegras
5. Seider
6. Caufield

this looks about right based on updated info. Only change id make is Kakko definitely drops at least a couple of spots. Can’t imagine any team taking him over Zegras, Seider or Dach.

Where’s the option for same as the draft?

The premise of the thread is flawed.

LOL - how is it flawed? Since the draft, the kid won the Hobey Baker with offensive stats that we haven't seen since Eichel. He then gives the Habs an immediate boost in the playoffs with his offense. He's a clutch scorer. In a re-draft he would easily move ahead of Kako who probably would be outside the top-10.

It was a huge mistake by GMs to let the kid drop to 15 in that draft.
