We've already seen him teach a distinct technique to one of our players, and then watch that player use it to score a goal. He talks about wanting to empower his players to make reads in the moment, using concepts to make the players more effective with what they have. Players can understand what the f*** he's talking about, and use it to make adjustments. Moreover, he doesn't seem like an absolute prick.
