Closed practice?

WTF is up with these guys? When here in PHX they generally have a practice at the public facility the Yotes use (Ice Den) and you can hangout in the stands and watch for 90 minutes or so. Always enjoyed the opportunity.

Just called to check the schedule for Wed and they said they'll be there but its a 'closed practice' and not accessible to 'the public'. Like we sit there and tape it and send it off to other teams??? Never happened previously. Part of the new regime??

Classless IMHO.

Are any of the Wings practices open to the public? I've never heard of it.

Every time they've been here in PHX and have used the same public facility the Yotes use they've always been open to the public just as the Yotes practices are.

When they practice at places like the Taylor Sportsplex a few times a year they're typically open. They're not really announced though.
