The only reason I could see Gavrikov waiving for Ottawa is if they offer him a monster extension.

Looking at the fact that he had the balls to bet on himself with a 2 year deal as a former 7th round pick, he's clearly looking for big money.

I think he would be a perfect partner for John Carlson on the Caps.

1st plus Alexeyev or van Riemsdyk. I would even throw in a mid round pick for 50% retention
50% retention would require a significant addition in theory, but 1st + JVR/Alexeyev would probably be enough anyways. That said, I'd be kinda shocked if we get an asset as good (or potentially good) as WSH 1st.

Is TVR still pretty solid? If so, him or Jensen would be good short-term stop gaps at RD for the Sens.

Doubt a 1st would be needed alongside either guy. Maybe a 2025 2nd or a 2024 3rd.

Remarkably average 4th defenseman. Good second pair guy great 3rd pair guy. His reliability is probably an asset to complement the Sens puck moving guys
